The city of Frisco will spray three mosquito pools Sunday and Monday nights after the pools tested positive for West Nile Virus.

The new confirmed mosquito pools brings the city's total to eight positive West Nile Virus pools this year. No human cases have been confirmed.

The areas to be sprayed include off-road locations in the Starwood and Hickory Creek subdivisions and neighborhoods north and south of Rolater Road between Coit and Hillcrest roads.

Spraying will begin at 10 p.m. each night. For more information, visit www.friscotexas.gov.
