Following the record rain last week, things have suddenly dried out. May is typically our soggiest month of the year, but it will be a little while longer before we pick up any more rain.

Things look dry for the remainder of the workweek, with some modest rain chances popping back up after Mother’s Day weekend. Enjoy the sunshine and mild temps. We may be in for some wet weather again next week.

As always, please be aware this is severe weather season and some thunderstorms may produce not only heavy rain but also high winds, hail and possibly a tornado. Stay weather aware!
