Gabrick Barbecue will open March 29 at 12013 W. Hwy. 290, Austin inside 290 West Club. The restaurant's chef, Mark Gabrick, was previously pitmaster and co-founder of Brick's Smoked Meats in Sarasota, Florida. The new restaurant will feature menu items like brisket, pulled pork, ribs and a range of sides and snacks from 5-11 p.m., or until sold out.
