Cabo Bob's Burritos celebrates 15 years with giveaways, discounted drinks

Cabo Bob’s Burritos is celebrating its 15th anniversary July 26.

Don Brinkman, Terri Brinkman and John Stepan opened the first Cabo Bob's at 500 E. Ben White Blvd., Austin, in 2008, offering customizable burritos and fish tacos. Since opening in South Austin, Cabo Bob’s has expanded to a total of nine locations in Texas with four in Austin.

Throughout July, the restaurant will celebrate with limited-edition cups and T-shirts for purchase, regular-size drinks for the cost of what they were in 2008—$1.69—and social media giveaways.
