The woman-owned and operated food truck is offering temporary hours from March 23-26 and will open full-time April 1.
"We make our own batter from scratch each morning, and we hand dip every item to order," said owner Marlee Gubler. "Something that makes our corn dogs extra special is we recommend a drizzle of honey on top because it pairs perfectly with our signature batter."
The Corndog Co ATX offers 100% beef, pork, cheese or vegetarian dogs. The food truck also offers treats such as deep-fried Oreos and deep-fried cheesecakes.
"The cheesecakes come from another local and woman-owned business called The CJ Cheesecake Experience," Gubler said.
