Austin ISD schools and offices will operate on a two-hour delay Jan. 17 due to freezing temperatures.

The gist

Regular school hours vary depending on grade levels at each campus, and all after-school and outdoor activities will be brought indoors.

Student tardies and absences related to the weather and traffic delays will be excused Jan. 17.

Also of note

AISD schools were delayed Jan. 16 as well due to the weather. Jan. 15 was a district holiday.
