Grace Chow, Jason Ellefson and Eric Kemp of Lobos Hospitality are opening two new concepts on West Fifth in downtown Austin: Manny's and Powder Room.

The details

Both concepts will be located under the same roof at 301 W. Fifth St., Austin.

Manny's will serve as the "entrance or patio of a home," while Powder Room is more akin to the living room, General Manager Dawn Catagnus said.

Manny's will have quick-service offerings like grab-and-go drinks, sandwiches, salads and batched cocktails, which are all made with locally sourced ingredients to give back to the community, Catagnus said.

Powder Room will offer small bites, table-side mixology and traditional bottle services. All cocktails are made with fresh-squeezed juices made in-house, Catagnus said.

Further down the line, the team hopes to grow into a larger menu but will still remain focused on the cocktail experience, she added.

Both will be open until midnight or 2 a.m., but Manny's will open at 11 a.m., while Powder Room will open at 5 p.m.
