Palm Pizza


The team behind Bufalina and Bufalina Due opened a New York-style pizzeria. Palm Pizza specializes in thin-crust pizzas cooked in gas ovens, sandwiches and salads. A selection of wines, beers and nonalcoholic drinks are also available.Project Disco

Scott Withers, James Benson, Paola Segovia and Gustavo Ortega Oyarzun, owners of Visitant Social Club and Progress Coffee + Beer, opened the speakeasy at Progress Coffee + Beer. The location transforms into Project Disco every Wednesday through Saturday, offering cocktails and entertainment.

Shh Room ATX


Locals Jonathan Richards and Keith Daly opened the east side bar in late 2023. Shh Room ATX specializes in cocktails—both alcoholic and zero-proof—and offers sandwiches by Swayze’s Sandwich Parlor.Coming Soon

Chalmer’s

The team behind Armadillo Den and Murray’s Tavern will open an ice house in the former Shell gas station. Chalmer’s will have an in-house restaurant serving bar food, draft beer, cocktails and mocktails. The space will feature two large patios in the front and back, live music, fire pits, and two on-site food trucks.

Dainty Dillo

South Austin bar Armadillo Den will open in a second location in the former Tillery Bar and Kitchen space. The new spot will offer salads, chicken sandwiches, Texas cheesesteak and desserts. Draft cocktails, beer and seltzers will also be available.

Sunny’s Backyard Food Truck

The vegan bar and hangout spot's food truck closed, but the brick-and-mortar bar will continue to operate. Representatives said moving forward, Sunny’s will focus on its drink menu, extend operating hours and welcome new food trucks to operate out of the space.

Easy Tiger East Seventh

The bakery and beer garden has a 1-acre, dog-friendly beer garden filled with games and 100 tables, as well as an indoor area. Easy Tiger’s other locations on South Lamar Boulevard and at The Linc will remain open.
