MaieB Hospitality, along with the owners of Maie Day, Batch Craft Beer & Kolaches, are combining efforts to open Redbud Ice House.

Redbud Ice House will take over the former Contigo spot in East Austin on Anchor Lane in the spring.

“We’ve been flippin’ Gimme Burgers over at Pitch & Putt for a couple years," Maie Day owner Michael Fojtasek said in a news release. "Redbud will serve a different but similar burger, alongside the happiness that is a schooner beer."

Noah and Laura Lit of Batch Beer & Kolaches, which sits adjacent to Redbud Ice House, will provide the house beer made at the Batch brewery. According to the news release, Redbud and Batch will team up to host community events from live music to game day watch parties and more.

“We are excited to gather a really talented team who share the same vision for hospitality and what that can mean in Texas and Austin," MaieB CEO Ben Fordham said in the release. "We have a simple goal to bring people together and give them wonderful and nourishing memories."
