Meet the owners

Wolf and Wheat is helmed by husband-and-wife duo Margarita Kallas-Lee and Phillip Frankland Lee. The pair also co-own Michelin-starred restaurants Sushi by Scratch and Pasta|Bar, and Lee owns burger joint Not a Damn Chance Burger located downtown, East Austin and Chicago.

The name Wolf and Wheat comes from the couple’s first concept together, a fine dining delivery service called Wolf Cuisine that opened 12 years ago.
