Not a Damn Chance Burger started flipping its signature wagyu patties at its new brick-and-mortar location in East Austin this month.

On the menu

NADC Burger serves one classic burger, which includes a ⅓-pound of seasoned Texas wagyu beef, American cheese, pickles, onions and secret sauce. Guests can order fries how they come—fried in wagyu fat—or “beast mode,” a loaded option with cheese, pickles, jalapenos, special sauce and seasoning. The menu also features four craft cocktails, seltzers and sweets from Wolf and Wheat.

Guests dining in can choose to sit at one of the 20 indoor bar seats that surround the chefs at work, or on the patio.

What else?

NADC Burger offers a “PB&J” special nightly after 11 p.m. The special includes a burger, a Pabst Blue Ribbon tallboy and a shot of Jameson for $20.

Meet the owners

NADC Burger is helmed by chef Phillip Frankland Lee and professional skateboarder Neen Williams. The pair opened the first NADC Burger location as a walk-up window at Idle Hands on Rainey Street and a second location in Chicago. The new location serves as NADC Burger’s flagship.

NADC Burger is open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from noon-midnight, and Friday-Saturday from noon-3 a.m.
