SusieCakes will open a second Austin-area location this fall.

The bakery specializes in classic desserts made from scratch by in-house bakers. The company does not use any mixes, artificial preservatives, high-fructose corn syrups or trans-fats.

SusieCakes sells specialty frosted layer cakes in a variety of flavors, such as southern red velvet, old-fashioned chocolate and carrot, among others. The store will also offer delivery services for bakery customers.
