As Hurricane Harvey makes landfall in Texas and turns into a Category 4 storm, Hays County residents may start to see road closures as officials determine high-risk flooding areas. • Post Road at the Blanco River crossing
• Hidden Valley Road near Flite Acres Road
• River Road at Lova Vista
• Goforth Road at High Road
• Main Street at Campo Del Sol Parkway in Buda
