Bat Wings Co. food truck in Buda permanently closes, citing inflation

Bat Wings Co., located in the Cambria and Jordan's Rail Switch food truck park at 400 N. Main St., Buda, closed permanently in January. In a Facebook post Jan. 2, the owners stated that, due to inflation, their business model was no longer sustainable and decided to cease operations. The food truck opened in September 2019 and specialized in traditional, boneless and cauliflower wings in over 15 different flavors. www.batwingsco.com
