Andrea and Martin Hernandez opened Longhorn Daiquiris, 2790B Goforth Road, Kyle, on April 15. The business serves more than 60 flavors of daiquiri, which can be consumed onsite or taken in to-go containers.

Andrea said customers can mix and match flavors such as kiwi, strawberry and pina colada.

The business also serves sno-cones as well as corn dogs, corn on the cob, nachos and buffalo wings. Andrea said she expects Longhorn Daquiris to expand its food offerings in the future with the addition of burgers and brisket.

"The wings are definitely the thing we get the most positive feedback on," Andrea said.
