Calvary Baptist Church Women’s Conference

The event will be a day full of teaching, worship and fellowship with other women, and feature nationally recognized speaker and teacher Robyn Dykstra. Breakfast and lunch will be provided to participants, and a $10 discount is offered if you bring a friend.Rock & Rescue Benefit Concert

The Porch will host a benefit concert for The Bully Sanctuary, a nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, rehoming and providing sanctuary for bully breed dogs and mixes. Featured artists include Our Last Daze, Maddie Ava and Joshua Boynt. The event will also include giveaways, opportunities to meet rescue dogs and on-site adoption applications. Sustainability Fair & Spring Native Plant Sale

Shop from a variety of native and adapted plants, including perennials, grasses, shrubs, trees, and organic vegetables and herbs at the San Marcos Discovery Center. Local organizations will be on site to discuss sustainability and environmental initiatives.Operation: Hats Off For Veterans Gala

Local nonprofit Hats Off For Veterans will celebrate its 20th anniversary at its annual family-friendly gala at Texas Old Town. The event will have barbecue, door prizes, kids’ activities and live music from Blue Water Highway.

San Marcos Art Fest

A celebration of art and community in San Marcos, Art Fest will have live mural painting demos, pop-up art stations, live music, artist talks and a chalk walk for grades K-12. Attendees can also check out the coinciding Art Squared Market on the Hays County Historic Courthouse Lawn.Buda in Bloom
