Over 2,800 students receiving a bachelor’s, master's or doctoral degrees from Texas State University are anticipated take part in one of six commencement ceremonies held at its San Marcos campus from Dec. 8-9.

The specifics

The ceremonies will be held in the Strahan Arena at the University Events Center as follows:
  • College of Education and Graduate College, Dec. 8 at 10 a.m.
  • College of Liberal Arts and Graduate College, Dec. 8, 2 p.m.
  • College of Fine Arts and Communication, College of Health Professions and Graduate College, Dec. 8, 6 p.m.
  • College of Applied Arts and Graduate College, Dec. 9, 10 a.m.
  • College of Science and Engineering and Graduate College, Dec. 9, 2 p.m.
  • Degree candidates from the McCoy College of Business and Graduate College, Dec. 9, 6 p.m.
