The former record for one-day coronavirus cases was 155 until June 18, when Hays County reported 210 new cases.

There are now 1,448 confirmed cases on 7,213 tests, with 1,105 considered active. Testing has now passed 3% of the estimated 230,000 residents. Since the pandemic began, 338 have recovered and 14 remain hospitalized. Five patients have died.
