A new restaurant called Whiskey Ridge opened at 8750 W. RR 150, Bldg. 300, in Driftwood on Nov. 11.

A closer look

The new culinary concept is locally owned by restaurateurs Matt Dodson, Kathy Dodson, Doug Young and Katie Young. Whiskey Ridge serves fresh Gulf Coast seafood and locally sourced meats.

The restaurant offers curated selection of whiskey and Texas distilled spirits. Whiskey Ridge also has two private event spaces and a covered porch area for celebrations and corporate events.
