AT&T Hotel and Conference Center, located on The University of Texas campus, recently underwent renovations totaling over $35 million. Construction on the project began in the spring, modernizing guest rooms and meeting space, according to a news release.

AT&T Hotel and Conference Center is equipped with 297 guest rooms, 85,000 square feet of meeting space, 53 meeting rooms and its in-house restaurant, The Carillon. The space is available to host conferences, weddings, galas and more.

The interior redesign blends Texas culture and modern luxury, according to the release. The hotel is owned by the university and features memorabilia highlighting the school’s history.
New additions to the hotel include updates to the presidential suites, a new junior ballroom and updated foyers. The ballroom was redesigned by Waldrop+Nichols Studio using colors from UT’s brand, campus and landscape, according to the release. The design features several nods to the university, such as framed vintage yearbooks and rugs inspired by the campus layout.
Updates to the conference center include the new ballroom, advanced AV technology for high-tech meetings and conferences and foyers that bring in more natural light, according to the release.
