Why are you running for this position?
I’m running for re-election because Kyle needs leadership that listens, brings people together, and puts residents first. We have important work ahead like tackling the deficit, getting our finances back on track, improving infrastructure, and building a stronger foundation so we can focus on improving our residents’ quality of life.
What are the biggest challenges facing the city of Kyle?
The biggest challenges we have are balancing quality of life with our financial deficit, improving roads and infrastructure, and protecting our water resources. We will need to make difficult decisions today so we can get back on track financially.
What would your top priorities be if elected?
My top priorities are restoring financial stability, improving our roads, strengthening our water system, moving the road bond forward and improving quality of life. Moving forward we must be disciplined with taxpayer dollars and make responsible investments.
How will you balance new development projects with constituent concerns about rapid growth?
We need to work directly with developers and build strong relationships. Development should benefit Kyle residents, be supported by our roads, water and infrastructure, and improve our community. We should welcome responsible growth while making sure it strengthens, rather than strains, the quality of life for residents.

Why are you running for this position?
I am running for this position because I want to make a positive difference, serve my community, and help create meaningful improvements. I believe my experience, dedication, and willingness to listen will allow me to represent others effectively and work toward practical solutions that benefit everyone.
What are the biggest challenges facing the city of Kyle?
Kyle’s biggest challenges are managing rapid growth while keeping infrastructure ahead of demand. That includes improving roads and traffic flow, securing a reliable water supply, managing wastewater and drainage, maintaining public safety, and controlling costs. We need responsible development that protects taxpayers while preserving Kyle’s quality of life.
What would your top priorities be if elected?
My top priorities would be improving roads and traffic, ensuring reliable water and wastewater services, maintaining responsible growth, and protecting taxpayers. I would also focus on public safety, economic development, and quality-of-life improvements while listening to residents and making decisions that keep Kyle affordable and strong for future generations
How will you balance new development projects with constituent concerns about rapid growth?
I will support development that is responsible, planned, and beneficial to Kyle. New projects should have adequate roads, water, drainage, and public services before approval. I will listen to residents, require developers to contribute their fair share, and prioritize Kyle’s long-term quality of life over short-term growth.

Why are you running for this position?
As a fifth-generation Kyle resident, I care deeply about our community and its future. I’m running for Mayor to put my experience to work keeping Kyle affordable, managing growth responsibly, and making sure our roads, water, and infrastructure keep pace with the needs of our residents.
What are the biggest challenges facing the City of Kyle?
Infrastructure is one of Kyle’s biggest challenges. Our roadways are nearly 20 years behind, and rapid growth has added more pressure. During my time on City Council, I helped secure more than $300 million for road projects. Kyle needs to get those projects completed and keep future infrastructure on track.
What would be your top priorities if elected?
My top priority is completing the road and trail projects approved in the 2022 Road Bond, on schedule and within budget. I will continue working with Hays County Commissioners and federal partners to secure additional funding, stretch our local dollars, and address Kyle’s growing infrastructure needs.
How will you balance new development projects with constituent concerns about rapid Growth?
Kyle will continue to grow, growth must be responsible and pay its fair share. As a council member, I supported increasing impact fees, so developers contribute toward the infrastructure their projects require. While state law limits some local controls, Kyle can still manage growth while protecting existing residents and infrastructure.
