The cafe, which opened in July 2023, was owned by Catheline Maldonado.
"On behalf of our family, I want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our customers for your support and a year [of experience]. To each and every one of you I extend my sincerest wishes for success and happiness. I was blessed to have been able to serve you," Maldonado said in the post.
Katz On The Go Cafe sold breakfast tacos and pastries. The cafe also sold a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, as well as non-coffee beverages.
Maldonado told Community Impact that she hopes to open at a new location in town in the future, and they look forward to continuing to participate in community events.
