The American chain restaurant serves breakfast, brunch and lunch items, including omelettes, French toast, salads, sandwiches and more. First Watch also offers iced coffee, cocktails and juice.Sabor Y Vida

2nd Chance Books

The Lubbock-based shop was founded by Daniel Mull, who owns the San Marcos location. 2nd Chance Books will take donations for its used book inventory. Mull said donation bins will be set up around San Marcos.Suds Deluxe Car Wash

The car wash offers single car washes; unlimited wash packages ranging from $19.99-$38.99 a month; and free amenities, including air wands, vacuums, leather conditioner and glass cleaner.Logie’s on the Square

Owner Joe Bendetti said the restaurant will have a large outdoor bar and a rooftop bar with plans for offering 18 different beers on tap. Bendetti is the owner of five other Logie's locations, which are located in Kansas, Oklahoma, College Station, Dallas and Lubbock. The restaurant will serve burgers, salads, chicken wings and more.

Club Pilates

The pilates studio will be opening inside the Stonecreek Crossing shopping center. Club Pilates offers several different class types including Reformer Flow, Cardio-Sculpt, Center + Balance, Control, Restore, Suspend and F.I.T.Fabletics

The online activewear retailer will open at the San Marcos Premium Outlets this fall. This will be the company’s 11th store in Texas. Fabletics offers a range of activewear, casual apparel, scrubs and accessories for men and women.Jersey Mike’s

Zablosky Film, a film-dedicated photo lab, changed its name to San Marcos Film Lab at the end of April. The name change comes after the photo lab changed ownership from Eli Zablosky to David Lane and Timothy Flaten in February.
