As sales went up, median home prices went down in all but one Round Rock ZIP code, although prices only increased by $500. Median home prices in 78681 saw the biggest drop at just over 13%.

The average number of days homes spent on the market in Round Rock was also up year over year. In 78664, homes spent 222% longer on the market compared to last year, the longest in Round Rock.
