Four individuals have filed candidacy for Round Rock City Council's two open seats in the May 1 election. Place 5 incumbent Writ Baese announced Jan. 13 he would not seek re-election to a third term on the dais.
The candidate filing period ended at 5 p.m. Feb. 12. Here are the candidates whose names will appear on the May 1 ballot:

Early voting will run between April 19-27. Election day is May 1.
