What's happening?
RRISD will host the Central Texas College Fair from 6-8 p.m. Sept. 5 at Round Rock High School, 201 Deep Wood Drive, Round Rock. Registration for the event is requested, according to the district, but not required. Representatives from over 130 colleges, trade schools and branches of the U.S. armed forces will be in attendance to answer questions about admissions, financial aid and scholarships.
What else?
A second college fair spotlighting historically Black colleges and universities will be held 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Oct. 21 at McNeil High School, 5720 McNeil Drive, Austin. Both local and national HBCUs will have representatives available to prospective students at that time.
