Coffee Enlightenment, a coffee shop and roaster offering local roasts, brews and pastries, opened in Round Rock in January.
The shop also offers guided coffee experiences to educate customers about best brewing practices, coffee flights and wholesale beans.
Brooke is an education reporter covering Bastrop, Hutto and Round Rock ISDs, as well as development in the greater Austin area. She joined Community Impact in May 2021. Her last name is pronounced “Show-burg.” When she's not working, Brooke is with the loves of her life, her dogs Doc Holliday and Milo.
