Round Rock's Ginger Allure Medspa relocated from one historic building at 302 W. Main St. to another at 607 E. Main St. in July.

The med spa specializes in cosmetic injectables, laser treatment, facials, and brow or lash treatments.

Renovations to the new building will be completed in April 2024 and include the addition of seven new treatment rooms, a classroom and a speakeasy-style bar for complimentary drinks.
