Pflugerville ISD has partnered with Aramark Food Services to offer free breakfasts and lunches to students for the remainder of the 2020-21 school year, the district announced in a November news release. PfISD began offering complimentary meals to students the week of Nov. 2.

Aramark Food Services will offer free breakfast and lunch meals to students at all campuses Monday through Friday as permitted by the United States Department of Agriculture and the Texas Department of Agriculture. Free meals are available to students enrolled in in-person or virtual learning curricula, per the release.

Students on campus will receive their free meals in person, while virtual learners can access their complimentary meals via curbside services, per the release.

All children under age 18 are eligible for the free meals, regardless of their personal economic status, the release added. Families are encouraged to continually apply for PfISD's free or reduced-price meal programs.
