The intersection had been closed since construction on the roundabout began in March.
According to a city announcement, drivers should exercise caution when making their way through the intersection, as the contractor is still completing some final pavement markings.
Construction of the roundabout was the first in a series of planned road projects in connection with Lifestyle Communities, a nearby 1,050-unit residential development.
Future phases will involve extending Pfluger Farm to the north and are not expected to cause any road closures, according to city staff.
Lifestyle Communities provided funding for the project.
