The development is located at the intersection of Pfluger Farm Lane and Town Center Drive in Pflugerville, just west of the Stone Hill Town Center.
The first phase of the development will consist of 409 apartment and townhome rental units, according to Justin Scott, director of development for Lifestyle Communities.
Scott said Phase 1 will have a 15,000-square-foot amenity center that includes a 9,000-square-foot restaurant.
Phase 1 will deliver its first units by the end of 2022 and construction is set to be compete in 2024, he said.
