Arbor Car Wash and Lube Centers, which was located at 1704 W. Pecan St., Pflugerville, has closed permanently. A representative from Arbor Car Wash told Community Impact Newspaper the Pflugerville site was sold in early April to another company and that it was an underperforming business within the Arbor Car Wash family of locations.
