The project broke ground on Oct. 24 and is slated to be fully built out by 2026.
Two-minute impact
Dr. Junaid Siddiqui with TDDC said construction on the first phase of the center is expected to begin in a few months and be completed by April 2025. The second phase—consisting of medical offices and an imaging center—is expected to be complete sometime in 2026.
Dr. Siddiqui said that while the goal is to be able to offer a wide variety of services, such as OB-GYN and primary care services, the initial focus of the first phase is on inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology services, including:
- Care for patients who have concerns with their esophagus, stomach, small bowel, colon, rectum, gallbladder, pancreas or liver
- Full-range endoscopic, diagnostic and therapeutic services
