Spokesman Coffee

The coffee shop and bar is located in the recently opened Crux Climbing Center. Spokesman hosts a menu of coffee and tea, as well as small bites. The business also has a draft menu with local cold brews and beers, with happy hour everyday from 4-7 p.m. This is Spokesman's third location, with its other two stores operating in the Austin area.Mama Bro’s

The Indian restaurant offering fine dining as well as to-go options recently opened in Pflugerville. The restaurant offers a variety of Indian dishes, such as biryani, butter chicken, tikka masala, curries and other specialties. Owned by Sai Bhashyam, the Mama Bro’s bakery features pastries such as samosas, puffs, pakoras and cakes.The Flores Agency


The family owned tax preparation business held a grand opening in Pflugerville in January. The company provides guidance for income tax filing, company formation, title services and notary services. Flores Agency hopes assist customers of all ages and skill level, connecting them to the appropriate resources, according to its website.HTeaO

HTeaO, which opened in Pflugerville in January, offers over 20 flavors of tea. The shop, owned by Franchisee Bethany Beeman, also offers lemonade and coffee. The project was first announced in 2022, but the opening faced delays due to compliance with city regulations, according to a Facebook post.Magic Salon & Spa

The salon, which specializes in services for children with special needs, also offers haircuts for adults. Other services include threading, waxing and facials.Haraz Coffee House

The Yemeni coffee shop offers a variety of drinks, including mofawar, adeni, red tea and cold brew coffee. Customers will also find an espresso bar and frappe drinks in addition to a menu of pastries, such as tiramisu, cheesecake and other baked goods.Coming soon


Lucky Eagle

The new location will have sweepstakes machines and other arcade games that donate proceeds to local charities. The business also operates Lucky Hippo in Hutto and Lucky Lion in Round Rock.Closings

FD's Grill House

FD's Grill House, a bar and restaurant serving classic American cuisine, closed its Pflugerville location in December. According to a notice posted on its front door, the owners sold the restaurant at the end of its lease. FD's, formerly known as Fish Daddy, served the community for 20 years. MasFajitas Mexican Restaurant

The Tex-Mex restaurant has plans to take over a lease in Pflugerville, previously belonging to FD's Grill House. The restaurant serves dishes like enchiladas and tacos, as well as seafood and alcoholic beverages. Customers can dine-in as well as order through its catering service. MasFajitas has several locations in Texas, including in Georgetown and Round Rock.The Human Bean

The Human Bean in Pflugerville is under new ownership. Franchisees Chevonne and Darren Johst, who also own and operate the Georgetown location, will have a ribbon cutting event in February to celebrate the transition. The coffee shop serves espresso, tea, smoothies and food selections. The Human Bean has hundreds of locations across the country and opened 22 new locations in 2024.
