Cele Store

Regarded by locals as a long-standing icon of the Pflugerville area, Cele Store—a general store and barbecue restaurant—closed its doors to customers after 133 years in business. Opened in 1891, the Cele Store was originally established as the Richland Saloon. Bought by Marilyn and Marvin Weiss in the 1950s, the store had been owned by their family ever since, with their grandson Brandon Fuchs taking over in 2007.
