Hawthorne Heights, a rock and emo band will perform live at a free concert that will begin at a rooftop mural at the Domain Northside on March 31 at 7 p.m. and then continue to the street level.

“We can’t wait to be back in town screaming emo music from this incredibly cool venue,” said JT Woodruff, lead vocalist and guitarist of Hawthorne Heights in a press release.

Hawthorne Heights originated from Dayton, Ohio and has earned two Gold albums, “The Silence In Black And White” in 2004, and "If Only You Were Lonely” in 2006. The concert will be live streamed to the audience waiting below at the stage located on Domain Boulevard. Fans who can not attend the in-person performance can view the live stream at the Domain Northside’s YouTube Channel.

The concert will take place at the 30,000-square-foot rooftop mural above Perry Steakhouse, 11801 Domain Blvd, Austin. Domain Northside commissioned the mural by Ignacio Garcia in 2021 to use as a creative space. This will be the third concert in the space.

"Each show gets bigger and better, and having a band like Hawthorne Heights perform on the rooftop is a dream come true,” said Alison Goodman, senior marketing director at Northwood Retail.
