Since opening in June in Spring, Taco Crave taco bar on FM 2920 has seen a steady influx of regular customers.
"The neighbors are fantastic," owner David Posadas said. "We've been very lucky."
Posadas said Taco Crave has even developed relationships with several nearby Klein ISD schools, getting involved in their spirit weeks.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of tacos, including chicken chipotle, steak and beef fajitas as well as quesadillas, combination plates and bowls.
Posadas said Taco Crave has added a "flavor of the month" since opening and even started catering events in November, offering deliveries for large orders within the Spring area.
Posadas said Taco Crave's brisket tacos are so popular the restaurant goes through about 20 pounds of brisket every other week.
"Unlike the big chains where you come in and nobody acknowledges you, a lot of people are getting to know us, and we take the time to get to know them," Posadas said.
