Five businesses—including entertainment venue Punch Bowl Social—will be opening later this summer at The Domain.

The other new establishments include Artemis, Flaming Pizza, Rocket Fizz Soda Pop & Candy Shop and Vineyard Vines.

Artemis, which opened in early June, offers cosmetic products and surgeries such as laser vein treatments and Botox. It is located at 11011 Domain Drive, Ste. 104, and next to the Dolce Blu Eyelash Studio.

Flaming Pizza is slated to open in mid-September and will be a fast casual pizza joint serving custom-made pizzas, beer and wine. The restaurant is locally owned by Ronald Lee and will be located between Yogurt Planet and Subway at 3220 Feathergrass Court.

Rocket Fizz will open in August and is a nostalgic candy shop selling a variety of retro memorabilia such as tins and movie posters. The store will be located at 3220 Feathergrass Court between Charming Charlie and GameStop.

Vineyard Vines, known for its pink whale logo, sells clothes and accessories and will open in September at 11501 Century Oaks Terrace between Lilly Pulitzer and Madewell.

Punch Bowl Social has already announced an Aug. 1 opening. The 21,000 square-foot space is located at 11310 Domain Drive, Ste. 100, at the intersection with Esperanza Crossing. It will offer food and drinks and a variety of games such as bowling, pinball, foosball and private karaoke rooms.

These openings come after an increased demand for more stores in the shopping center, said Lauren Krumlauf, area director of marketing for The Domain.

"I think it comes from an overall increase in activity and development within the area," she said. "It's normal in retail to evolve. People's tastes change and what they want change."

Aside from the increased foot traffic in The Domain, Krumlauf said the shopping center needed to fill some holes to provide a wider variety of options for their shoppers.

"We need more fast-casual at the Domain, [and] we need entertainment," she said. "We're just filling gaps that we have in our retail lineup."

Krumlauf said the new additions will enhance the environment and experience of The Domain.

"Every new store we have opening adds to the whole live, work, play, shop and dine theme. Everything someone needs can be found in The Domain," Krumlauf said.
