Leadership on the Pedernales Electric Cooperative's board of directors will remain the same for the next year.

During its regular July 17 meeting, Pedernales Electric Cooperative’s board of directors voted to keep its current board leadership. District 2 Director Emily Pataki will continue to serve as board president, with District 6 Director Paul Graff as vice president and District 7 Director Amy Lea SJ Ackers as secretary and treasurer.

PEC’s board elects directors each year following the cooperative’s annual meeting. To learn more about PEC’s board members, visit pec.coop/bios.

The vote follows a recent PEC election and the announcement in May that former CEO John Hewa resigned to move to Virginia.

During the board's June 17 meeting, results of the election were announced. PEC voters re-elected Pataki and elected Randy Klaus for District 3.
