3. Veterans Memorial Parade and Ceremony honors veterans
The parade and ceremony showing appreciation for veterans starts at Veterans Memorial Park in Cedar Park. Parade entries are free.

4. Leander recognizes Pearl Harbor survivor at the Veterans Festival
A ceremony will pay tribute to U.S. military service members at Veterans Park in Leander. Names recently added to the Veterans Park honor wall will be announced, and special recognition will be given to Horace Hamilton, a Leander High School graduate, World War II veteran and Pearl Harbor survivor. Food trucks, live music, military displays and other activities will be part of the festival following the ceremony.
