1. Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation opened a new Steiner Ranch outpatient center in September. The new clinic at 5145 N. RM 620, Ste. L-110, Austin, specializes in treating back and neck pain, sports injuries, concussions, work-related injuries, balance disorders and more, according to a press release from BS&W. The studio is focused on natural nail care and increased salon cleanliness, according to location owner Diana Wagner. 3. Mayfield Dairy Queen is set to open the Four Points area in February at 7710 N. RM 620, Bldg. 4, Austin. The location is anticipating a February opening date, according to owner Nathaniel Mayfield.
