The Ginger Man location in the Hill Country Galleria, a restaurant and bar that notably held trivia and other events, will have its last day of business Dec. 28. Gene Bautista, general manager of the Bee Cave location, confirmed Dec. 12 the restaurant will leave the Galleria by the end of the month. Representatives of The Ginger Man's Galleria location had a meeting recently with two of the owners of the franchise, which has establishments throughout Texas, including in Dallas and Houston. Bautista said it was determined at that meeting that while sales are up, they are not up enough to continue operating the Bee Cave location. He added there are no plans for The Ginger Man Bee Cave location to move anywhere else at this time, and there will likely be an event to celebrate the location’s last day of business.
