A new hotel is expected to be complete in the Four Points area by summer 2021, according to the owner.

Navid Karedia, owner of the StayBridge Suites location that will be coming to 7710 RM 620, bldg. 14, confirmed construction of the hotel is scheduled to begin in August 2020, and should be complete within 14-16 months.

Karedia said there is not yet a set date for when customers will be able to book rooms, but the hotel will have 100 rooms, a bar, a pool, a meeting space and a fitness center.

Karedia also owns the Hyatt Place hotel in the Four Points area that is set to open in May.


Construction of that hotel, located at 7300 RM 620 N., Bldg. 1, began in August 2018, and the amenities include a 2,500-square-foot meeting space, a gym, a pool and a bar.
