The last day to register to vote in the Nov. 2 election in Williamson County is Oct. 4.

For in-person registration, the Williamson County Elections Office, at Inner Loop Annex, 301 SE Inner Loop, Ste. 104, Georgetown, is open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday and will be open until 7 p.m. on Oct. 4.

Registration forms can be mailed to 301 SE Inner Loop, Ste. 104, Georgetown, Texas 78626 but would need to be postmarked by Oct. 4 to be eligible for November's election. Texas voter registration forms can be picked up at the Georgetown Public Library, 402 W. Eighth St. Georgetown, or downloaded from the Williamson County elections page at www.wilco.org/departments/elections.

For residents of the city of Georgetown, their ballot could include:




  • city charter amendment items;

  • voting for District 6 City Council seat;

  • Georgetown ISD bond proposition;

  • a change to alcohol sales in the city; and

  • state constitutional amendments.

Early voting will occur Oct. 18- 23 and Oct. 25-29, and voters may cast ballots at any polling location in Williamson County for both early voting and on Election Day. Polling places and dates can be found at www.wilco.org/departments/elections.
