7-day forecast

From Fox 7 Weather Chief Meteorologist Scott Fisher:

Scott FisherAfter a very dry April, things have turned a bit soggier now in May. That’s not much of a surprise as it’s typically the wettest month of the year.

The West Texas dryline has become active over the last few days, and it looks as if that trend will continue for a few more. Additionally, more of those storms are likely to drift into our area through Saturday afternoon. As always, please be aware this is severe weather season and many thunderstorms may produce not only heavy rain, but also high winds, hail and possibly a tornado. Stay weather aware!
