WHAT WE REPORTED Boiler Nine Bar+Grill opened July 5 along with three other dining concepts at the former Seaholm Power Plant. The Boiler Room, an underground drinking den, and Deck Nine Observatory Bar opened July 9 and 12, respectively.

THE LATEST Boiler Nine has added a weekend brunch menu and a social happy hour. Deck Nine, the restaurant’s rooftop bar, closed for the season in November.

WHAT'S NEXT Executive Chef Jason Stude said he is planning on adding new “hot weather” drinks to the observation deck’s menu when it reopens in March.
