The Waterleaf Medical Center complex is almost complete, as its remaining building enters the final stages of construction. Michael O’ Neal, a partner in the development, said although that building is already spoken for, there is still space available for lease in the five-building development.

The building, located on the northeast corner of the development, includes several tenants that are already open for business, including the Texas Fertility Center/Austin IVF, Austin Root Canal Specialists, Brunson Dental and Texas Diabetes & Endocrinology.

The northwest corner of the complex is also a two-building facility. Autumn Leaves of South Austin, an assisted-living and memory care facility, occupies Building A, and Balcones Pain Consultants occupies Building B.

Building A, located on the southwest corner of the development, has 8,000 square feet still available for lease. Three offices are conducting business there, including Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, Prosthodontics of Texas, and Flint Rock Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

Building B, also located on the southwest corner of the complex, is under construction but will be fully occupied by Seton Family of Doctors.
