Wanderlust Wine Co. and Vision Coffee Shop collaborated to open a new wine bar and cafe in the former Squarerut Kava Bar space in April.

The cafe—owned by Sammy Lam from Wanderlust and Adara Ostdiek from Vision—is currently open for business in its upstairs section and will open the downstairs portion of the cafe, which includes a tasting room and bottle shop, in June.

The cafe serves espresso, tea, matcha and adaptogenic coffees—coffees with plant substances such as mushrooms that help manage stress—from Vision. The cafe uses organic milks and house-made syrups in all its drinks, and customers can add CBD or amino acid L-theanine for a small charge.

The cafe also serves wine on tap and some frozen drinks, such as frose and watermelon margaritas from Wanderlust.

Tacos TJ food truck is parked on-site and serves tacos and sandwiches for breakfast, and al pastor, birria, quesadillas and more for lunch.

The space will have live music and community-driven events, and will also be available to be booked for private happy hours.

The cafe is open Tuesday-Sunday from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Wanderlust Wine. Co with Vision Coffee Shop is located at 1601 Barton Springs Road, Austin.
