Located at 715 S. Exposition Blvd., Austin, at the site of a former Randalls grocer, the H-E-B Lake Austin store will span more than 110,000 square feet across multiple floors. The H-E-B location will be stocked with a range of groceries and feature a coffee shop, pharmacy, community plaza and H-E-B True Texas BBQ restaurant. The company's home delivery and curbside grocery services will be offered.
The project features an underground parking area, and the development will include pedestrian improvements surrounding the 2.64-acre property as well as upgrades to Exposition and Seventh Street.
