A closer look

PEC board members are responsible for setting the cooperative’s overall goals, objectives, and policies. They also review them on a regular basis. Board members handle day-to-day delegation tasks, guiding the CEO along the way. They handle financial and legal responsibilities as well.

The vote

The vote began May 16, and results were posted June 13. The new members will be seated June 16 at the cooperative’s annual membership meeting at the PEC headquarters in Johnson City. The re-elected board members will be seated in the June regular board meeting, which will be held directly after the annual membership meeting.
